Hi, after installing RU12 on our clients (with outlook 2010) the "More" tab in the CRM ribbon is empty, meaning one cannot sync or go offline anymore. This worked fine in RU11, but is broken in RU12. Did we miss something that still needs to be actived or so? Thanks! Koen...
